I can help you get your HR paperwork in place, including offer letters, contracts of employment and employee handbook so that you are legally compliant with all your documentation – and you and your employees know exactly where you stand.

Ad hoc projects

Sometimes, you need external expertise to manage various people projects, such as rolling out a new appraisal process, creating an employee survey, restructuring your team, or looking at ways to change your organisation’s culture. I work with you to deliver what will work best for your business to create the change you want to see.

Employee relations support

You may need immediate support with people issues. As a business owner, you will almost certainly have to deal with an employee relations matter at some point. These situations can be daunting. I can provide fair and objective advice, support for investigations and disciplinary hearings, grievance handling, and performance management.

Leadership + management coaching

As employees step into more senior roles, changing mindsets and behaviours can be difficult. I help employees to shift their thinking and behaviour to maximise their impact and effectiveness. My focus is on coaching employees holistically, helping them to overcome blocks unique to them, and finding a way forward by building self-awareness and self-belief. I provide both one-to-one and team coaching, often including 360° feedback.

DiSC workshops

When working with others, we need to be able to influence and create an impact. We all do this differently, but it’s not always plain sailing. There will be people we work well with and others we don’t, and this can slow down progress. Creating and working with DiSC profiles enables us to raise our self-awareness around how we operate. This helps us understand ourselves better and also helps build empathy for other people’s styles. This knowledge ultimately leads to better team harmony and effectiveness.

This is a hugely rewarding process with a group, such as a senior leadership or project team, to increase and drive productivity. DiSC profiling can also be incorporated invaluably into a one-to-one coaching process.
