About me

I’m Julie Greaves, founder of Carrot Coaching and Consulting.

My entire career has been focused on getting the best out of people and promoting personal development. I’ve spent over 20 years working in HR roles, mainly in the media and creative industries sitting on senior management teams and worked closely with C-Suite.

I now use my experience to support and help businesses manage their people and culture, applying human-focused and pragmatic, commercial thinking that fits with best practice and legal requirements. I know that no two businesses are the same, so I am always take the time to understand your business and its unique challenges.

I’m also a qualified coach, a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner, and I’m DiSC accredited. I’m passionate about helping people achieve their full potential, irrespective of their journey so far as everyone has success within. I trained as a coach to help motivate, encourage and instil self-belief to empower people to function at the top of their game.

I work to the International Coaching Federation (ICF) code of ethics, providing a non-judgmental and confidential safe space for my clients. With support, empathy and feedback, I help my clients to connect with themselves, understand better their relationships with others, and identify and challenge any deeply held self-doubts.

I help my clients tune into (and trust) their intuition, and build on their unique and positive strengths so they can create change and impact, moving towards success and fulfilment with clarity and confidence.
